This is, of course, subject to contractual necessity grounds under the GDPR, such that any communications that are necessary to give effect to the contract cannot be opted out of.

Fraud prevention and detection.
We collect your date of birth and gender information when you create a DsmTech account. We use this information for the following reasons:

Liability
